from the beginning of the wedding preparations to avoid the hassles of sourcing out suppliers and doing the tedious legwork.

So you’ve set the wedding
date; perhaps decided on the Church and Reception venues. And then you realize
you’re almost clueless on how and where to start the wedding preparations. Our Full Planning service offers complete
planning, conceptualization, coordination and on the day event management. We will help you get started. We source out the
best & most qualified wedding suppliers according to your preference and budget and book them upon your approval.
Inclusions:
ˇ A team of three (3) wedding coordinators to handle the entire event preparation. The same team equipped with two-way radios and in uniforms to assist on the day of the event.
Pre-Wedding:
ˇ Unlimited consultation
ˇ
Pre-event meetings with client (face to face, online
or via phone)
ˇ Conceptualization and planning of event such as deciding on motif, décor and theme.
ˇ Ocular inspection of chosen venues
ˇ Recommend at least 3 suppliers per wedding essentials.
ˇ Advice and assist the couple in selecting suppliers
ˇ Book the chosen suppliers
ˇ Review all the turn-over contracts
ˇ Handle payments of clients to service providers if requested
ˇ Devise service providers’ payment tracking chart and submit regular reports of such to couple
ˇ Coordinate and meet with suppliers in behalf of bride and groom
ˇ Submit regular progress reports to the client
ˇ Assist with invitation wordings and mailing
ˇ Remind all entourage members and program participants of their schedules and assigned tasks
ˇ Provide couple with a wedding checklist
ˇ Provide on the day timeline for the wedding party
ˇ Provide suppliers’ timeline
ˇ Conceptualize a unique and personalized wedding program for the couple. This includes musical scoring, lighting, and choreography of traditional dances and other special effects
and preparation of program script for emcee.
ˇ Assist guest in making hotel and transportation reservations
ˇ RSVP guests with landline telephone numbers or text via cellphone
- Schedule fittings and appointments with designer or dress-maker
- Schedule trial make-up, food tasting, pictorials, spa and facial treatments
- Schedule rehearsals for church wedding and reception
Wedding Day:

Provide bride’s aide at the suite, church coordinator
and reception coordinator
ˇ
Arrange the gown and accessories of the bride at the
suite or residence
ˇ
Account for and transport to the church and reception
areas all things needed such as accessories, wedding souvenirs, special effects, etc.

Schedule and supervise meals of the couple and wedding party plus meals for service providers
ˇ
Check the physical set-up of the church and reception
areas
ˇ
Technical rehearsal (Light & Sound check, emcee,
entertainers)
ˇ
Check on the deliveries of all vendors as stated in
the contract
ˇ
Personally distribute flowers and misalletes to entourage
members and guests
ˇ
Organize the processional and recessional
ˇ
Call check on all the participants in the ceremony
ˇ
Cue the readers and offerors
ˇ
Assist
the photographer on post ceremony pictorials

Distribute
the special effects e.g. confetti, loose petals

all the paraphernalia used at the ceremony and endorse it to designated custodian

Hand-Over Planning and Coordination
When all the planning related stress proves too much to handle and you
don’t have the luxury of time to deal with all the remaining details, let us tie the loose ends of your preparations
until your wedding day comes.
The couple should have booked at least 50% of service providers before
the turnover of the preparations. All contracts with chosen suppliers must be turned-over to us for review and monitoring.
Once you hand-over your preparation to us, our team begins to task of consolidating
all that has been previously accomplished and moving on to the next important tasks.
All duties from the FULL WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGE shall be carried
out as well.
On the Day Coordination
You
have probably worked hard on the wedding preparations and definitely you don’t want to leave everything to chance. We
will handle the follow-ups, final bookings and oversee the smooth implementation of all the wedding details so you can sit
back and relax as your event is handled by professionals. Misc. Theme Specialist will provide management and coordination
beginning 1-2 months before your big day till the party is over.

BASIC DAY WEDDING PACKAGE
(HOTEL-CHURCH-RECEPTION)
Once you have
successfully planned the details of your wedding, you have the option of turning over the complete management of the actual
event to us. This is strictly day coordination in 3 venues: bride’s
take-off point, church venue, and reception venue.
Because the couple cannot
possibly implement the details the have carefully set for their event while sitting in front of the altar or the head table,
allow us to do the work instead.
