Chic

CHIC is the energizer bunny personified. In other words, she just keeps going and going and going… which is a good thing in the world of wedding planning.  Trust Chic to get behind the wheel to track down the best suppliers. And when she finds them rest assured that she’ll do her darnedest to haggle for the best price.  She can’t help it, it’s in her genes (maiden name: chua; go figure).

Chic is the mother hen and a real tough one at that.  When she says something has to be done, it has to be done, and done right away. Oh, and done right, right away. And so she’s best assigned to take charge of the reception where she can harass all the suppliers and their crew to get things done properly and on schedule. Imagine who she has to deal with : the caterer with their set-up crew, servers, the lights and sounds technicians, the florists…and she gets them all to bow to her command. Now that’s talent coupled with a whole lot of charm.

She is an expert in banquets after all with her years of experience as marketing and banquets manager at Grandma’s Hotel.  Who knows how many weddings and special events she’s already handled.  But with her strict no-nonsense work ethic and solid organizing skill there’s no doubt she’s handled them well.

Jacque

If our weddings are unforgettable because of the surprise dance numbers, we have Ms. Jacque to thank for that. It’s a big plus to have a real-life professional choreographer on the team. From Ballroom to Hiphop, the Vienesse Waltz to the Tango, trust that she can keep to the beat.

Another peculiar gift is her ability to recite the parts of the Holy Mass from memory, in perfect order.  She comes in handy when laying-out misalletes for clients.

And because she has the craziest personality, and by that we mean wacky and zany, we thought it best to place her right by the bride to brighten up her day, assisting her in all her needs in the bridal suite, from laying out the gown and accessories ready for the photo shoot (our photographers love her for that) to helping our bride dress and putting her at ease with a long list of jokes that she keeps in her mental library (believe us, she never runs out!).

Jacque has also mastered the art of banquets having worked at Grandma’s Hotel, the La Maja Rica Hotel and Coconut Grill as Marketing Officer also in charge of the many events in the aforementioned establishments.  She also headed the EVENTS! Club, a network of event suppliers in the city so you can be sure the best suppliers are right in her personal directory.

Ting

As researcher-writer-presenter-editor in Tarlac City’s Hi-Tech Cable TV, Inc., all-around Ting can very well run her own show.  She has been producing programs for the local community channel for 4 years now and it’s her production and staging skills that apply so well in Misc. Theme Specialist’s unique and personalized wedding programs.

Ting takes full charge of the church and reception programs.  Being a singer-performer, she gives our clients the best choices in music and most of the time takes on the task of singing for the bride as she glides down the aisle. Everything is written down and sequenced as she has been trained in the arena of professional television production.  Every detail from lights and sounds to the various special effects is planned and executed assuring you of a fabulous wedding worthy of a television special.

Her impeccable speech and hosting skills are unmatched in the city. Her fine attention to detail and unwavering desire for perfection ultimately turns every second of your event truly a moment to treasure.
